bankrupt black lives matter (no seriously, the company is facing bankruptcy)

the first time i heard rumblings of shadiness behind the company,
black lives matter,
my foxy senses knew it was a matter of time.
when i heard of questions about where the donation money went,
random big ass houses that were bought,
and whispers of alleged plastic surgery,
my foxy senses could smell the smoke before the forest fire.

Black lives matter…
but it doesn’t seem to matter to the co-founders of the BLM organization

it seems they’re expose is on the way because…

BIG YIKES 1

Black Lives Matter risks going bankrupt after running an $8.5 million deficit last year, financial disclosures indicate.

The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (BLMGNF) saw the value of investment accounts fall by almost $10 million in the most recent tax year, according to a copy of its tax return, first reported by The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative website.

The nonprofit’s latest Form 990 shows that a loss of just over $961,000 was logged on a securities sale of $172,000. The disclosures suggest a year of missteps for the foundation, as well as a dramatic drop in donations.

BIG YIKES 2

Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors has been quietly let go from her Warner Bros TV deal after producing no content.

Cullors, 39, signed the deal with the media giant in 2020 to much fanfare but it ended in secret in October 2022, it emerged on Friday.

‘The deal, unfortunately, did not result in any produced shows,’ a source told the New York Post.

something was iffy about patrisse for me:

i didn’t know what it was but i wasn’t convinced.
her defense on lives never clicked for me.

i’m that friend who will give the side eye when something feels off.

ya know,
i’ve heard many charities are legit scams.
it’s like church or some of these of content creators.
they promise you big dreams but you end up making a wicked jackal rich.
they all look good on paper but it’s best to research before you donate.

Didn’t we hear whispers of scamming behavior around Hurricane Katrina too?

either way,
its a shame blm is being exposed for alleged shadiness.
i love how they keep fox news full of content.

let’s hope this is one big misunderstanding but…

  1. I think BLM started off with good intentions, and without it a lot of things would’ve gotten swept under the rug. Seeing this makes me sad

  2. Good riddance! They only became a thing because of the age we live. It was always a set up to make these scammers money. They spammed the fuck out of twitter’s hashtags to get their scheme off the ground and it only worked because these social networks have no moderation.

BLM had Black people(adults & teenagers) out in the streets protesting, getting beaten & maced by cops, fighting losing battles. It fanned the flames of hate against us and put an even bigger target on our backs and internet culture as a whole would be better off if BLM never existed.

I’m so glad I never donated a single dime nor participated in any of that lame corny Blackout shit they kept wanting people to do, which was also just another way of causing even more unneeded racial tension. I’m so thankful I have the ability to see thru bullshit. I could see what they were about from the very beginning. I do feel bad for the Black people(especially teenagers) that fell for the okey doke.

  3. SMFH..bad bad bad. Bad for the movement. Bad for the community. Bad for progress. Just FUCKING BAD
