top 0.01% scammer behavior; top class action lawsuit incoming?

have you ever gotten scammed from an OF creator?

well,
duh,
this is The Foxhole and i hear the complaints frequently.

have you ever tried to get your money back and failed miserably?

oh,
God,
yes.

nothing is worse than seeing someone have an OF,
the previews on x-twitter look good,
and you see the same shit they had on x-twitter.
in order to see all the good shit,
you gotta pay a whole OTHER fee to see a video.
one that you may or may not get.
well:

apparently and allegedly,
there is a new OF class action lawsuit that is allegedly brewing.

a Foxholer sent me this

according to the website,
top class action“:

…this sounds like many of The Foxholers.

i know some of ya’ll are READY to drag some of these OF jackals with this,
but please give your information with discretion.

just like with these OF sex scammers:
you should be doing your deep research on this too.
if it is legit,
it’s time we get some of these jackals out of here.
personally:

if you are offering paid material in DMS,
OF should auto-mark all accounts as free.
previews should ALWAYS be free,
while the main content is another charge.

if they are putting all of their content on their pages,
then it should be a set price and DMS should only be for requested content.

also:

past videos that were featured should be in an item shop for easier purchase.

nothing is worse than going to a muthafuckas OF,
subbing for a video that they are advertising on x-twitter,
only for it to be missing in action when you sub.

since i’m feeling bitchy this morning:

anyone who gets enough reports for scamming should be terminated.
not only that,
they should also be forced to refund users from their wallets.

oh and last thing:

there should be a rating system on each OF account like they do with uber or restaurants.

that “i am in the blahblah% top creator” trash should be on customer’s ratings,
and not because they upload content to be in the top 10.
it helps us know if they are legit or not.
for more info from “top class actions”:

i think OF is good and has helped many genuine creators,
but they need to do something about the trash on there.
the shameless trash that gets clout off being shameless trash at that.
ya’ll know dem ones.

they can hire me to help get it together.

can lawyer-hole give us the deets of this is legit and if it’s a case?

  1. You made some excellent points, Jamari, and I want to add to them.

OnlyFans deserves a class action lawsuit because they allow fraud and scams to persist without any intervention. As you pointed out, addressing these issues would be relatively easy for them. In the early days of OnlyFans, there were numerous pages dedicated to identifying legitimate creators versus scammers. However, the scammers became clever and accused anyone who criticized them of doxxing, leading to the shutdown of those pages, often misusing the term “doxxing.”

One way we can counter this is by promoting OnlyFans creators who genuinely offer quality content.
