If he filmed his teammates without permission, he deserved to be kicked off the team. That’s a basic violation of privacy and in some places, a violation of the law.
That said, some college and pro athletes don’t mind being filmed and you can see they’re performing for the camera. But there are some creepy secret nudes out there and if you get caught doing this, you deserve the punishment.
He must be a talented player because another college team picked him up, but they probably need to keep an eye out for him doing the same thing there.
