chad ochocinco thinks keith lee is an opp for black owned restaurants

when i was working at a stressful job run by black people,
i was told that i needed to “play the game“.
even if things were terrible and i was damn near wasting away,
i needed to appreciate being at the job because it was a black company.
in a nutshell:

As black people,
we need to not critique or complaining about our own because its “hard for black folks to have or get anything”.

…which is a very “lack mentality” to begin with.
ex-baller wolf,
chad ochocinco,
doesn’t like keith lee all that much.
he thinks keith is an opp for black restaurants:

uh…
huh.
i love shannon had common sense yet ochocinco still had a plate of beef.
keith responded

@keith_lee125 ???? Keith Speaks ???? God Is Amazing ???????? #foodcritic ♬ original sound – Keith Lee

this is one question i have that always gets a mute as a response:

Would it have been different if he was critiquing bad service and food at white/asian/latino/or other restaurants?

many other black folks joined in with opinions as well.
keith helped others speak and font about their experiences.

That means there is a problem.

…and if there is a problem,
it needs to be fixed.
fuck “its hard for black folks” when we should know better.
we as a people have got to stop coddling bad behavior.
i see it all the time with the OF mofos who treat folks like trash.
they are hanging on because they hope it’ll get better.
like,
it’s not.
that excuse of:

It’s so hard for black folks so we need to take whatever we get.

…is beyond ridiculous but yet:

We have no issue broadcasting how triflin’ white and other businesses are to us.

ochocinco’s daughter ended up getting him together:

hmm.

lowkey: we don’t address how some black folks make excuses for abuse.

  1. I agree with his original sentiment and I ain’t no punk bitch but umm Fromm the 3 videos in ATL I saw he is definitely problematic. He literally went to OLG it was packed found out no to go on the weekends next he asked for a table was told it could be a hour wait he stays in some ppl notice him and the host realize he is a food critic so she offers he a table right away according to him he leaves go to the car and make this video instead asking for a manager and letting them no your complaints so they can accommodate you. I live in Dallas all the restaurants are like that as well because it’s so many ppl in every restaurant they say a hour but it could mean 10 mins he didn’t even taste the food
