Ser Criston Cole from House of the Dragon might just be the most hated villain in the Game of Thrones universe.

…and the reason why is because he’s so damn relatable.
unlike joffrey,
ramsay,
and cersei,
who wore their bad behavior on their sleeves,
ser criston cole is someone we’ve all known…

he’s the “nice guy” who was once our friend or someone we dated.
his outward appearance is that of super religious,
nerd,
or the people pleaser.
not only that,
he’s the type that outwardly wants to be seen as alpha.
working out or doing things to make him be seen as “the masculine one”.
the moment you fall out of favor with him,
he’ll hold a grudge and slander you to anyone who will listen.

he’s nothing more than a weak bitch that is a spoiled and entitled asshole.
these types are so dangerous if they are DL.
it was allllllllllll good when he was trying to fuck you on the low…

…but once he is on the warpath for you head,
he is letting everyone know what a “f bomb” you are or better yet,
how you were trying to come onto him and “he ain’t with that gay shit”.

i know those types painfully well.
we know those types painfully well.

they tend to be very gaslighting and manipulative.
these types will count on their “nice guy” to turn everyone against you.
the same ones they looked down on privately are suddenly allies in destroying you.
they’ll even go as far as to have you harmed if they’re full blown hyenas.

They’ll either finally meet their fate because they cross the wrong person, or they’ll somehow continue failing upwards due to their looks and charm.

i can admit that i’ve met and been attracted to plenty of ser criston coles in my life.

i was fooled by the outward appearance tbh.
they know how to play their roles very well.
work wolf had a lot of criston cole qualities.
it was funny when all those he tried to turn on me ended up turning on him.
don’t even get me started on the alicent hightowers i’ve met.
