since today is sunday,
i wanted you guys to do an exercise with me.
one that you won’t even have to get up out of bed or off the couch.
well, you will need to get your computer or pen and paper…
do you find yourself dreaming of a better life?
do you also find yourself looking at other people and envying what they have?
what about feeling stuck within your life at this moment?
i remember iceededppl wrote something in my box that i have been forgetting to do.
i decided i will fully commit to it today.
if i remembered correctly,
he suggested that you write where you want to end up in your life.
write down every step of the end of where your fantasies, wants, and desires.
make sure it is reasonable and you write it in detail.
i remember someone telling me that in order to write a book,
always write the last chapter first.
that way, you know the direction of your book will go.
so, you will do the same with your life.
then stick it somewhere you will see it.

lastly, i want you to find a affirmation to write down every day and night.
i started writing one particular affirmation daily couple months ago and i have seen magic happen.
sometimes i forget to do it daily,
i wont even front on that,
but i remember when i’m in a “still” moment.
i also have it sitting on my computer desk to look at when my mind wanders.
try something new.
you never know where you may end up.
