the latest trend called “i’m gonna bless your cashapp”?

people can be really evil.
evil might be a heavy word.
let’s try “scamming bitches“.
last week,
i got a random message from someone irl.
they are connected through someone else that i know.
i got this message:

you don’t have to tell me twice.
i dropped my cashapp and nothing happened.
i checked to see if i got anything and nada.
i let it go and moved on with my life.
the other night,
all of this happened…

^this was the conversation before i got random phone calls.
when i answered,
i had to answer twice before i got a “hello” from them.
they hung up shortly after.

Still no blessing in my Cash App

…yet on their page,
they are saying they are gonna help 30 families pay their bills.

i don’t know if this is the new scam going around but be warned.

  1. That is a phishing expedition for personal info. It dawned on me like a lightbulb turning on. NEVER respond to those messages.

  2. Smh these scammers always trying it. I pay bills with my cashapp card so that none of the merchants can get access to my navy federal credit union but this is how they get folks. Thank God you’re aware because some folks aren’t
