so they cheer you on while they watch you make mistakes.
the moment your foot touches the trap:

everything they cheered you on for is suddenly what they didn’t like about you.
this is why you have to fine tune your discernment.
this is what i’ve learned over the years,
even with my own hard lessons:

1) the people who fucked with you when you were broke,
depressed,
dingy,
and disgusted should always be top priority.
people who are friends with you because they genuinely like you >

2) the “new friends” are “jackals with hidden agendas”.
make them prove themselves.
test their loyalty.

3) playing the game can simply just “i know your plans but i’m gonna keep it cute”.

and lastly:

4) your head should always be on a swivel.

…but some people are genuinely stupid.
we all can’t be smart tbh.
we need people to fall into traps so we don’t make the same mistakes too.

those are the types the jackals and hyenas hunt for.

this is who they devour and leave no crumbs.

…and this is why some of you they KNOW not to play with.
