I think you hit it on the head, people are tired of bullies, plain and simple. This election cycle is wild, policies aside the basic premise was “my old” is better than “your old”. It’s clear that Biden aged more visibly than Trump but to try and convince people that there is and was this huge difference between 78 and 81 is ridiculous.
Trump has declined mentally, people were questioning his mental state before he lost the presidency in 2020. The difference is Trump is good for media ratings so a lot of these news organizations have been giving him the benefit of the doubt, everything Trump says is either hyperbolic or a joke. The reality is there is a huge difference between 59 and 78 and the republicans know it.
Trump was never supposed to be the Republican candidate once he lost, the Republicans are just scared to take on MAGA.
Endorsing this lady while ignoring her track record in public service is weird. Everything she is known for has been detrimental to the very people she’s pandering to for votes, just like Joe Biden. When are people going to get tired of playing these silly games, stop being lazy, and actually learn why these people are? If we don’t approve of the popular candidates we literally don’t have to vote for them. There is a process to elect a president and nowhere in the Constituion does it say you must vote Democrat or Republican. Vote for somebody that can do the job, not somebody that matches your demographic preference. It’s childish.
Even accounting for what you say the Biden administration has done a far better job than the Dump administration. Things completely fell apart under Dump in 2020. No way around that. None.
