I am very proud to see a hip-hop reality series implement our community within story lines. a story line that is possibly common in the LGBT community, and others. I am really disappointed at the younger generation in our community. It appears, from what I have seen on TV and heard about in real life, when things get a little shaky they end the relationship. It would be nice to see a couple that is working at their relationship…………..week to week, day to day, hour to hour, minute by minute AND second to second. IT IS WORK and if you want to be in love and desire that person deeply then we must put in the work.
I tried to watch two eps of that shit for them. He annoying af, I couldn’t fuck w a dude like him at all. The Miles dude a lil more chill.That chick should’ve known he was gay tho wasn’t hard to spot at all lol.

Once again, we’re in agreement. I think the only real example of a positive gay relationship is George Takei, mind you, I don’t know all the details of his relationship, but that seems to be the only one that seems legit off the top of my head.

I’m sorry, but I would never look to Love & Hip Hop as a way to find a positive representation of myself in any way, or in any form of legitimacy. If I ever watch that show (which I don’t) it’s purely for the entertainment of “ratchet TV” , nothing more, nothing less. Will & Grace is the only tv representation of gays I take seriously, despite the fact there weren’t a lot of blacks in it.
One of the best tv comedy shows ever. At least Will was an Attorney, blacks settle for Berry Gordy’s baby mother’s cousins brother’s godson with no receipts to his name besides a sextape.
