that is the thought running through my mind this morning.
it was 3:30am and i can’t sleep.
no better time than to release my frustrations on the foxhole.
so i went about looking into a recommended advertising company.
they wanted big stats and the foxhole gets lots of it.
the reviews said the compensation is really good.

speaks i tend to listen.
when he looks like this:

…it’s kinda hard not to.
he has a ton of inspirational videos on his ig,
but he made a recent one that made me think.
it was about those in higher positions not helping.
this is what he posted on his ig:

don’t get me wrong,
we have folks who will put you on because they see your talent.
they don’t require anything than your hunger.
others tho…
they want you to flat out worship them for a “maybe” shot.
that’s like having sex with someone in hopes they put you on.
at my past jobs,
i’ve noticed a pattern with those in charge.
some it was greed that drove them to ruin.
others were unprofessional and shouldn’t have been managers.
they all suffered from the same disease:

“make sure you cater to your boss’s low self esteem.
if you don’t,
you’ll be out the door.”

it wasn’t being a terrible worker that had you jobless,
but not understanding the way around their butt cheeks.

sometimes i think about him.
work wolf.
occasionally,
i remember a lot of folks from my past.
ironically,
the ones who hurt me.
the ones who i didn’t get closure for the failed “whatever”.
there is a side of me that wants to see what they’re doing.
are they doing well?
jobless like me?
rich af and living their best lives?
fat with about 20 cubs?

i think every foxholer,

should utilize their calendars.
celebs and execs can’t function without theirs.
it’s why “the big deals” have assistants to manage their lives via calendars.
your phone isn’t just for taking selfies and making sex tapes.
it’s a smart phone that should be keeping you…
well,
smart af.
even my ratchet foxhole should keep a calendar.
so jamari fox utilizes tf out of the calendar on his phone.
i’ve used it to schedule when bills that where due,
but i have since really gotten involved in incorporating so much more.
