This is a really bad take by Azealia Banks, depending on what side of the spectrum you fall on. There is the technical argument and then there is the so-called harsh truth argument. The problem is Azealia likes the portrayal that she’s the smartest person in the room who is just misunderstood. This particular argument falls apart.
The reality is that many different forms of sexual expression don’t revolve around penetration. You have oral sex, masturbation, dry humping, kissing, touching, and caressing, and the list goes on and on. You even have a term circulating that I had never even heard of before called being a “side,” which is loosely defined as someone or partners in a relationship that prefers alternative sexual activities other than penetration as the primary focus.
But I do think she sparks an interesting side point that has me wanting to ask you, Jamari, and the entire Foxhole a question. When did Ass become a thing?
