^this is just one of the many delusions of the new yeezus these days.
i want to address the ones (this week) in one entry.
its no surprise that yeezus has changed.
he fighting some cause he wants the big boys above him to cosign.
i’m all for fighting for what you believe in and trying to make a way for yourself,
but when he says shit like this…
“There’s no way Kim Kardashian shouldn’t be on the cover of Vogue. She’s like the most intriguing woman right now. She’s got Barbara Walters calling her like everyday,” he said, noting that reality stars have often been overlooked by mainstream fashion magazines. “And collectively, we’re the most influential with clothing. No one is looking at what [BarackObama] is wearing. Michelle Obama cannot Instagram a [bikini] pic like what my girl Instagrammed the other day.”
When his girl landed the cover of CR Fashion Book, West saw it as a transcendent moment. “[Former French Vogue editor] Carine Roitfeld supports my girl. That’s a breakthrough,” he explained. “There’s a wall of classism that we are breaking through.”
…then this interview he had with la 97.1 was actually really weird tho.
he talked about his last name being kardashian,
him trying to break down some wall,
trying to be in fashion,
the confederate flag and it being his flag now,
“twerk miley miley twerk”,
and some really off shouting about @4:30 on the last part:
he wants to be a fashion designer and an… architect?
“so i took the confederate flag and made it my flag.
its my flag now.
what you gon’ do?
aint nothing gonna happen…”
“every time i talk,
its a crack in the matrix”.
“i just want miley to twerk more.”
“come get you some of this dose of this espresso,
this walking confidence,
this god fearing creative…
cum get you some so i can direct you towards the light.”
i like what he has to say about awesome and finding your own genius,
plus i can see some points,
but he is so cocky that i think it actually turns people OFF.
the message gets missed with the word vomit and attention whoring antics.
plus it feels like he is trying to impress white people in some new world low key.
it doesn’t come off genuine.
it comes off really bizarre.
so i had to ask:
Is Yeezus really this genius he thinks he is?
lowkey: it feels like the old kanye is fighting with this new yeezus inside his head.
sadly both are losing and he is angry because of it.
