A Nebraska woman filed a lawsuit at a U.S. District Court against every single homosexual on Earth. 66-year-old Sylvia Driskell purports to be an ambassador of God and is bringing the ultimate question to Judge John M. Gerrard: is homosexuality a “sin, or not a sin?”
Despite looking to a court of law for the answer, Driskell hasn’t cited any legal cases for her argument that “homosexuality is a sin and that they the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality. Why else would they have been hiding in the closet(?).” She has, however, cited the bible. And she challenges the court not to call God a liar in her seven-page, handwritten petition.
No summons have been issued, presumably because it takes some time to track down every gay person on Earth. That, or the court isn’t taking this suit seriously.

I read this the other day. Lady is crazy. As one of the Resident Law Foxes, I mean she has no valid claims. Hell, she failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted if you want it in legalese.
To quote a friend: “I’m not sure when some Christians started to feel like they had the right to judge other Christians’ walk with God, but last I checked we were all sinners saved by grace. So the fact that we sin differently doesn’t put any of us in greater favor.”
Well she’s 66 years old, we can make it look like a natural cause.
