i’m always excited to watch stuff about black gay love.
we are seeing so much black straight love stories these days,
i’m really happy to see stories about the way we love.
the foxhole hit me up once the trailer was released and…
omg…

i love how this shot too.
i’m such a big fan of how programs featuring black stories are shot these days.
i don’t know if it’s the camera or the filter being used but it gives life.

the movie starring timothy richardson and thomas mackie,
will be dropping soon.
I am so excited for this…Heather B, Ledisi, Brynt, the legendary first book of the series. If the movie keeps the promise of the trailer, perhaps it might be Jussie’s redemption song. I read all the books and I’m interested to know how they created the script. Hope a major streamer picks it up but in the meantime I will check out ABFF for this and other films of interest!
What’s great for me is that I just recently read the book, need to get and finally read the rest of the series, so I’m a lot more hype to get into watching this.

I loved the book (and James Earl Hardy’s other books). They were Black gay staples in the 1990s. I hope this film captures the spirit, whether it’s set in the 1990s or updated for today. We need more Black gay stories on screen. Props to all the people who made it happen too.
It’s giving me Moonlight vibe about this film.
It looks like typical black gay film. I’ll pass.
Happy for Jussie though.
Surprising casts, and Heather B got some good acting skills and can’t wait to see my man Sampson.
I’m hoping this does well. Both the actors ice seen on other projects and their acting is abysmal but their hot so maybe that might be enough to carry it. I doneant it to go far though because maybe then we’ll have more stories that center black queer folks
