The Weekend of Change

tumblr_static_tumblr_static__640this weekend has been a real chill type situation.
i literally slept off/on,
played batman: arkham knight,
and did some research on a new way of life.
i am on aa quest to really learn how to use the law of attraction.
it’s something i’ve been good at subconsciously.
i always wanted to learn how to do it consciously.
i did realize two things about myself tho…

1) when i’m not obsessed in trying to find the outcome,
i manifest things a lot faster.
when i think of something and forget about it,
i usually get an answer quickly.
that will explain how some things literally fell into my lap,
while other things have never happened.

4PAFD2) i need to learn how to turn a negative thoughts into a positive.
i am quick to fall victim to negative thoughts.
its reallllly not easy to turn something into a positive,
especially when your brain is trained to solve issues.
i tend to go to the negative first before i see the positive.

so i’m trying to attract more for 2016.
i’m also want to train my mind to work with me and not against me.
i’m down for the challenge.

  1. I’m glad you included #2 cause no shade, but sometime you can be a Debbie downer… I will never forget when I ordered triple chocolate shot Mocha frappuccino from Starbuck. Do you remember what you said? “Mmmm taste like obesity” Bitch why you gonna ruin my sweet moment like that?

  2. I know is been quite some since I have commented but I few friends of my recently just told me that I can’t fix everything. Like sometimes I just have to chill and let shit fall to see the beauty in the imperfections.

  3. I have been trying to beat #2 into your head for the longest! It’s all about training your sub-concious to not fall into those negative thoughts in the first place! There will always be struggle days, or times of depression, but learning to snap yourself out of it will help you deal with life’s problems in a more logical and well-thought way.

    No more “woe is me”! You’re better than that! Just remember that you don’t just wake up one morning and everything is good, it is an every day practice. I’ll be honest, I still struggle with it some days but a lot of things that used to bother me don’t even cross my mind any more because of self-progress. Stay on it!

    Don’t sweat the small stuff!

  4. It’s kinda hard whenever you’re known as “The Fixer”. As some point you have to realize that you can’t save the world.
