i live in new yawk,

i’ve been in another country at a wellness retreat.
when i shut down my personal social media accounts,
the intent was to come back once i was healed.
that means work on this therapy shit hardbody.

i can say i’m well on my way to being healed and reclaiming my time.
i feel like serena van der woodson coming back to ny in the first episode of og gossip girl.
on my final purge today,
on a brand new moon,
my phone’s contact list lost some serious weight.

so adults aren’t protected venting about their jobs but high school students can vent about their schools? (brandi levy)
we all have a habit of “posting while angry“.
posting while depressed,
horny,
doing crimes,
etc etc etc.
sites like twitter want us to be as honest as possible with our thoughts.
we have seen how some folks have gotten caught up with their past tweets.
ig stories,
snapchat,
and now “fleets” on twitter help us be unapologetic for 24 hours with disappearing posts.
we have seen how folks will screenshot and repost our shit.
we have seen from different examples of folks who put all their fingers in their mouths.
folks have lost their jobs,
career opportunities,
relationships,
freedom,
and blessings by going a little too hard on the social medias.
brandi levy was a high school student when she went off about her high school cheerleading squad.
she has taken getting caught up to the supreme court…
let me throw this filter on my real life so ya’ll don’t know what is really going on
EXAMPLE 1:
my friend’s wife’s sister.
always posting how much she loves her husband.
she puts up the lovey dove pics all over social media.
when she talks to her sister,
she tells her how much she HATES him.
she can’t stand him but social media tells a different story.
EXAMPLE 2:
sexy personal training wolf.
he updates his IG and shows how hard he goes in the gym.
not only that,
he puts up pictures of how much of a life he has.
on another account,
it shows he hasn’t been in the gym since last year.
all the videos and pictures are old.
he actually is depressed af and is smoking his brains out.
EXAMPLE 3:
my home wolf and his vixen.
in pictures,
they look so into each other.
you’d think they were the perfect couple but they’re constantly fighting and abusive to each other.
she puts paws on him and he does the same.
he has cheated on her and she took him back.
she doesn’t trust him,
he is annoyed by her,
but they both don’t want to be alone.
EXAMPLE 4:
the “straight” wolf on social media living his best life.
he has all of these luxuries and is always traveling.
you’d think he had a business that was poppin’ in the background.
nope.
he is an escort and has no issue spreading his butt cheeks or giving the “gawk gawk 3000”.
he posts a lot of memes about working hard and achieving success,
but he uses his bawdy to live the life that he lives.
his girlfriend is also a prop to throw folks off his scent.
these are 4 of the many examples of how deceptive social media can be.

In the corporate and working world in general,
those who don’t know wtf they’re doing get promoted to managers.

a break or a “mental vacation” is what i use to call it.
it’s needed when we need to get our mentals back in order.
you will be surprised to know much taking a break can literally reset your chakras.
we live in two worlds currently.
THE REAL WORLD
SOCIAL MEDIA WORLD
at times,
they can blend into each other and cause confusion.
we get addicted to the likes and the dopamine hits of temporary attention.
it is a bleak world to be living in.
