Donald Sterling: Modern Day Slave Owner?

RACISTdonald sterling,
the la clippers owner,
was just put ALL the way out there last night.
his girlfriend,
who happens to be mexican and black,
recorded a conversation with him where he was spewing all kinds of hatred about blacks.
who got it?
tmz of course.
it makes me wonder what the whites really think of us when our backs are turns?
well this may just be the “kitchen table talk” gone wrong…

L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling told his GF he does NOT want her bringing black people to his games … including Magic Johnson … and it’s ALL on tape.

TMZ Sports has obtained audio of Sterling making the racist declaration during a heated argument on April 9th with V. Stiviano … after she posted a photo on Instagram posing with Magic.

Sterling rails on Stiviano — who ironically is black and Mexican — for putting herself out in public with a black person (she has since taken the pic down).  But it doesn’t end there.  You have to listen to the audio to fully grasp the magnitude of Sterling’s racist worldview.
Among the comments:

— “It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you’re associating with black people. Do you have to?” (3:30)

— “You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want.  The little I ask you is not to promote it on that … and not to bring them to my games.” (5:15)

“I’m just saying, in your lousy f******* Instagrams, you don’t have to have yourself with, walking with black people.” (7:45)

— “…Don’t put him [Magic] on an Instagram for the world to have to see so they have to call me.  And don’t bring him to my games.” (9:13)

Sterling has a documented history of allegedly racist behavior — he’s been sued twice by the federal government for allegedly refusing to rent apartments to Blacks and Latinos.

He was also sued by former Clippers exec Elgin Baylor for racial discrimination — though a jury was ultimately not convinced and shot down Baylor’s case.

well there goes her gucci bags and christian loubs.
so basically he is a geriatric white hyena,
dating a mixed vixen due to a mid life crisis,
and wants her to keep her negro friends a secret.
am i correct with this assumption?
sounds like she was tired of the bullshit,
went rogue,
and extracted a confession.
either way,
what an asshole.
it’s another “are we surprised?”,
but still shocking to hear.
i often wonder if these baller wolves are just modern day slaves.
there is a scene in “12 years a slave” that actually made me think so.
whites were called into a room where they looked at all the strong black men for the field.
they judged them on their body sizes and strength.
even this scene from django:

i mean if you really look at it,
we as blacks are built differently  than whites.
the slimmest black person still has a better body than a white one.
so what they do?
they make black men run up and down a court/field for their entertainment.
our bodies are built for it.
only thing is,
the baller wolves actually get to keep the money compared to what use to happen.
makes you think.
will anything happen to this racist asshole?

giphyyou already know the answer.
magic johnson
had a suggestion via tmz tho:

Magic Johnson tells TMZ Sports … he wants Donald Sterling to step down as the Clippers owner and he thinks African Americans should boycott the games until that happens.

Magic says he feels betrayed by Sterling, telling us, “I thought we were friends.  We’ve broken bread together several times.  It’s almost like, do you smile in my face but behind my back you talk about me?  I’d have felt better in 1979 if you would have just told me you don’t like African Americans, and then I would have known how to deal with you.”

Magic says he strongly believes the players should focus on playing basketball and should NOT boycott Sunday’s playoff game.  BUT, Magic thinks African Americans should not line Sterling’s pockets by going to the games, saying, “He wants our money but doesn’t want us to show up.”

As for what should happen to Sterling, Magic is clear:  “He has to step down or sell the team.”

i guess this is another national negro wake up call.

  1. White racist are fucking weird. I had some run in with racist gay whites that would talk shit about black men, but yet wanted to sleep because of the “bbc” fetish. I can’t date white guys. Anyway I’m not missing nothing with them.

      1. As long the blacks don’t talk bad about black people in front of whites, but I’m not going to sleep on it.

  2. I didn’t hear of this until I was watching the halftime preview of the Pacers game, I literally yelled “WHAT” as loud as I possibly could lol. My voice squealed and everything lol.

Listening to that conversation was one of the most disgusting things I have ever heard. He is a clear cut racist hands down without a doubt. I have to ask myself this though. Should I be too surprised? No.This is nothing new, white people have been laughing in our faces and disrespecting us behind our back for years. They use us only when it benefits them, and when we have accomplished the tasks they want us to complete, they throw us away as if we are garbage. I hate to say this, but it is almost like a new era of slavery to be perfectly honest.

I’m very interested to hear the opinions of Chris Paul, Blake Griffin(half black), DeAndre Jordan, and Jamal Crawford. For the past few years, they have contributed mostly to that organization from a winning standpoint. If the Clippers were to win a championship this year, I wonder how they would feel. Yes, they want it for themselves, but at the same time they are helping someone who is clearly against their kind, and happens to be benefiting from their talents.

I want to see the press conference at 8:30 held by the NBA commissioner. I can’t get NBATV here, but I damn sure will try to live stream it. I am very interested to see what action he will take. I do not even know what the possible consequences would be since he is a team owner. I know he will at least be fined, most definitely. I know if David Stern was still operating things, the fine would have been served for sure.

  3. Well, he dislikes blacks and Mexicans but loves pussy of what ever color since his girlfriend is black and Mexican. Yes, I had an African American friend that was dating a white man. They got along fine until my friend overheard the white man tell/brag to a friend of his on the phone about how good the sex was with this black man–and he put the emphasis on black man. We know that there are white gay men that fiend for Big Black Cock to suck or get fucked by but who wouldn’t hire a black man for any job.

This sort of thing really doesn’t surprise me much anymore. Every so often some white person is caught saying or doing something racist and it’s publicized. This is like every so often some minister or church guy is caught doing something homosexual, like sucking dick on camera or posting a dick picture on a gay dating site like

As far as the Clippers’ players go, they should not boycott any games. They should work through professional channels of the NBA Player’s Association. Consumers should boycott the Clippers so as not to put money in Sterlings’ pockets.

Jamari, it’s just not Corporate America. It’s everywhere. On TV. On music videos. On radio. In magazines. In movies. And of course in family dwellings, on the streets, at school and ever where else. If you are observant, then you realize that we swim in a pool of racism every day. And of course you get wet. And, frankly, many of the black/African American players on the Clippers are of the same mind as Sterling. , There is a tremendous amount of self-hate in African American culture as a product of 350 years of slavery and 100 years of Jim Crow. So it “makes sense” that a black man–particularly a rich one like an NBA player–would prefer a white (or other than black) woman to a black woman. He can afford the best house, the best wine and the best car so he wants (and can afford) the best woman to go along with it. Well, black self-hate and the adoption of European standards of beauty means that the best woman will have “fair” (pale) skin, an aquiline (pointy) nose, long “silky” (stringy) hair and thin lips and not dark skin, wide (broad) nose, nappy (strong/tightly coiled) hair and thick/big (full) lips.) And see So it’s likely that many/some of the black Clippers’ players as sick as or sicker than the owner Sterling.

    1. ^which is why how lupita is rising,
it has people who adopted these principles ready to jump off a cliff.
there is a fine wolf from my job,
one of which doesn’t seem to like blacks.
i’m gonna talk about him soon.
      stay tuned.

  4. hey jamari, I know your busy with the new job and all, but its time for you to take me to the movies. LOL

  5. The comment you made about baller wolves being modern day slaves, I had being thinking about that for years. When these teams don’t them, they will either trade them to another team or drop them altogether. The same thing goes for these rappers too.

  6. “it makes me wonder what the whites really think of us when our backs are turns?”

Whites are bigots just like every other race. You fool yourself if you think other races don’t say hateful things about groups they don’t belong to. I hear black folks smear gays and jews all the time at work. The truth is that most people are close minded and ignorant. This is why I am anything but a people person. I expect the worst in most people I meet honestly.

  7. Once again your sports coverage is incomplete. You didn’t mention anything about Baron Davis and his issues with Sterling years prior. You also didn’t mention the lawsuit which he settled as well. Nobody who is familiar with the owner of this team is really surprised. Shocked yes but surprised not really. You also didn’t mention the irony of this situation: Chris Paul – the star pg – is president of the National Basketball Players Association which is basically the union for the NBA.

    1. ^i mentioned everything that happened with the tape,
      what magic said,
and any surround information on the issue on tmz.
      I also mentioned my opinion.
so what more do you want toretto?
a 10 page dissertation on donald sterling?
      am I being graded?
im a blogger not a damn journalist.
      and guess what?
YOU just mentioned his background in the comments with this comment.
that is what people do in comment sections.
provide and educate any other information to help the entry.

      1. This is the second time he’s done this on a sports related topic, and it probably won’t be the last. What is up with people tho? Some of y’all be acting real funny man. I miss how this site used to be, the comment section was less hostile and more civilized, and once every blue moon an asshole would come through and show their ass. Now, you got people in the comment section being rude and offensive towards others for no apparent reason, and now it has escalated to the point where people are directing those feelings towards the owner, it’s ridiculous. As men who live an alternative lifestyle, you guys need to be grateful that he has given us this platform to share our opinions. As my mom used to say, black people are never satisfied, and that is the absolute truth.

    2. Toretto, come now, Jamari is a blogger. He’s not a journalist and it’s his “job” to post things that he finds interesting. And as a reader of his blog, it’s your “job” to post relevant and respectful comments to his postings so that he and others will enjoy and be enlightened by the whole experience. He’s done his job. Have you?

By the way, I’ve read a few news write-ups about this Sterling guy and none of them mentioned Baron Davis. Some of them mentioned that player Chris Paul of the Clippers is President of the NBA Players Association and others didn’t.

I think that Jamari does an excellent job of posting things that he finds interesting for our view and discussion. I would like him to post more things that have a social justice tilt, but that’s not his stchick. So I sometimes/often as part of a relevant comment mention the social justice component so that others will ponder it.

If you wouldn't say it on live TV with all your family and friends watching, without getting canceled or locked up, don't say it on here. Stay on topic, no SPAM, and keep it respectful. Thanks!
