I think Lebron was talking about the NFL being more racist than other leagues and organizations. There are racist NBA owners, and it was exposed after the situation with Donald Sterling. However, there are a lot of racist owners in the NFL that have a slave mentality. In the NBA, players are given more freedom, especially when it comes to freedom of speech, and expressing themselves, which may be because the majority of the NBA is black.
