Suspended Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito left a vicious and racist voice mail for his teammate Jonathan Martin earlier this year, calling him a “half-n*****” and threatening to kill him — this according to a new report.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter claims he’s heard the voice mail — which Incognito allegedly left on Martin’s phone in April — and transcribed the message:
“Hey, wassup, you half n***** piece of s***. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. [I want to] s*** in your f****** mouth. [I’m going to] slap your f****** mouth. [I’m going to] slap your real mother across the face [laughter]. F*** you, you’re still a rookie. I’ll kill you.”
Schefter claims both the Dolphins and the NFL have heard the voice message. It’s unclear what started the beef.

Well, there are black teammates who have come out in support of this guy. In fact I saw on ESPN where one unnamed GM said that they thought Martin was soft. I bet Incognito has a better chance of playing again than Martin. There are black players who have less respect for Martin being a “snitch” than Incognito using slurs against black people.

The crime of Threat by Instrument of Interstate Commerce is punishable by up to five years in prison. Conviction of this crime can also result in up to three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.00. Federal law 18 U.S.C. ยง 875(c) states: “Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.” Great blog you have here and it shouldn’t be ruined ignorance. Someone knows their stuff. I even learned a couple of things. I also like to add that IP addresses are traceable, many of you don’t know that.
