well it couldn’t stop me from seeing “gone girl” last night.
“gone girl” is based on the successful book by gillian flynn.
i didn’t read the book yet,
but everyone i have come in contact with has read this book.
when i said i was going to see the movie opening night,
i got alot of:
“OOOOH GOOD BOOK!”
“I HATED THE ENDING,
BUT THAT BOOK WAS SO GOOD…”
“YOU HAVE TO TELL ME HOW YOU LIKED IT MONDAY!”
…mostly from snow bunnies.
i saw the trailer a while ago,
i think on youtube or something,
and it intrigued me like it was going to be something epic.
it stars ben affleck,
rosamund pike,
neil patrick harris,
and tyler perry.

THIS MOVIE WAS CRAZZZZZZZZZZZZZYYYYYY.
omg i loved it so much.
so many twists and turns.
what i thought was gonna happen…
i love movies like this.
at some points,
i had my hand to my mouth because i couldn’t believe what i was watching.
even my home-vixen i went with was shocked.
i can see why it was sold out and packed beyond disrespect.
the end tho?
that end?

…the ending of this movie will either have you:
a) pissed off
b) confused
c) thinking about for a little while
i choose “c”.
like i literally had to ask my home vixen:
“what happened????”
hell i even texted karaoke,
who read the book,
just to make sure what i watched registered correctly.

i feel like if this movie doesn’t sweep in award season,
something is wrong.
I saw it last night and didn’t like it. It definitely had some great moments but was a big disappointment. It completely fell apart in the last 30 minutes. When it ended, everyone in the theater let out a collective “WTF?”
I won’t give anything away but there are a lot of holes in the story. I think it would have been better without the narrator. She sounded campy and like she was mimicking the narrator from Desperate Housewives.
I think people who read the book know a lot more about the characters than people who just saw the movie. I didn’t read the book.
I will say I can see why J Lo was with him. His pipe looked heavy and thick.

i walk talking to karaoke just now about the book to movie and she said it was pretty much the same.
the ending ended perfectly for me.
I almost forgot you can see some naked peen action from Ben in this film.
It looks intriguing. You should check out this film called, “Prisoners”; very good.

BOY get out of my head I saw this last night with my sister and we were both loyally almost jumping out of our seats. This movie had me on a crazy ride the cast was perfect everyone brought their A game, especially rosamund pike , this was definitely her show, if she doesn’t get nominated for the big awards during award season I will be royally pissed.
