i learned the hard way when everything came to ahead.

some people internalize
they’re ultra sensitive
they build stories in silence and then move like they’re facts

under stress,
it can get chaotic.
while i have done the same in past situations,
i found help so i could understand my crazy.
monday and tuesday were an absolute mess.
we had our first shared space fight,
which revealed a lot about each other.

i move on structure and clear communication
they move on impulses and emotions

it reminded me of my grandmother and it triggered me heavy.
after it blew up,
we made up,
but the worst thing happened the next day…

you know what i don’t like about some people who REALLY stan for someone?

they are okay with people looking crazy.

..and when you address the obvious crazy,
they want to tell or font you about some fuckin’ record sales or pocket watching.

who gives AF if this person is selling more than ______?
like,
what are we talking or fonting about?
if you can’t be honest about the dumb shit someone you stan for does:

you are the problem and they will benefit without you.

that being fonted: i’m tired of this coddling of britney spears.
it is getting out of control.
she was just ( x arrested for driving drunk ),
which seems to her latest thing on her “too far gone; no hopes of a comeback” tour.
you know who i blame the most?…

i love “scream“.
it is one of my favorite horror genres.
halloween is next to follow.
so i was hype to watch “scream 7“.
i purposely avoided reviews BUT:

…made it very clear to watch at my own risk.
i watched and now the makers of that diabolical are at risk with me.
so i’m gonna give thoughts (and it’ll be filled with spoilers)…

i’ll never forget someone telling me about people who perished in 9/11.
they said that many of those people probably don’t even know they have died,
so there spirits are stuck in a loop,
repeating that day over and over.
that is why there a heavy energy down there.
its literally an open graveyard.
who knows if we are walking by actual people or ghosts.
never forget.

when people say a house is haunted,
that means the spirit in the house hasn’t been released.
that is why i learned there is no reason to be scared of it/them.
we need to let it know its safe to move forward and be free.

i was talking with fancy and she mentioned negative self talk.
she said that its like…

i have a question for you:

are some males actually out of our league?
or is that the story we chose to tell ourselves in fear of rejection?

…until we meet someone who we think is “out of our league”,
and they show us that regardless of what we think we don’t have,
they are attracted to something we do have.
we been in our own bawdies for a long time so we know what works,
doesn’t work,
what we wish we had that would make things work,
and what has become “what we think makes us ugly“.
karaoke said something to me that i had to share with The Foxhole:
