Would you forgive and drop the lawsuit against Tasha K?
honest answers only.
My question is, how do you drop a lawsuit you already won. Tasha filed an appeal and lost. The case has been decided already. Now what she can do is talk to her mom about not taking the money knowing she doesn’t have it but you can’t take charges back and say I change my mind. The law doesn’t work like that. Once a Judge signs that decree, that’s it. Now if he awarded you a settlement, that’s up to you if you don’t want it. The only thing is, you can’t go to court and force them to force her to start making payments if she does it again. Honestly, I would let go. Tasha may be putting money in other people names just so she can’t pay Cardi. Look what Nicki did to prove she didn’t have money when the courts asked to see a picture of her and Kenneth living situation. Now look at Nicki and Kenneth now. I wouldn’t ease off Tasha because trust and believe, if Cardi let go, TS Madison is going to step up and take that money because she next going after Tasha. Maddie being real quiet and Tasha got the bullhorn on right now and for that reason alone, I wouldn’t let up on Tasha. Tasha is the fake Wendy Williams, and I mean that by being a mean Journalist. Wendy was always nasty with people. The first episode of the Talk Show on TV, Omarosa went in for the shit Wendy was saying. Whitney went in on Wendy over the radio. Mariah went in on Wendy. Nicole Murphy almost choked Wendy out on LIVE TV for the shit Wendy said about her. That was Wendy thing. Talk shit about you, get you to come on her show to make ratings by battling because she knows you can’t fight her on LIVE TV.
I think in this case I would keep the charges because it is totally about the principle. The problem is Tasha K had multiple times to do the right thing and choose not to for economic gain, she went to court and lost, didn’t learn her lesson and filed an appeal and lost the appeal. Tasha K still didn’t learn her lesson and taunted Cardi B with how she wasn’t going to get it and her audience was no better in continuing to gaslight her.
The real issue Tasha K has is that for all that big talk, its hard to hide assets indefinitely, there is almost no point in continuing to work and try to become successful if you have to constantly hide assets by putting things in other peoples names etc, you also have to be extremely careful because you could run into problems with the IRS by doing that.
There is also a larger societal issue , where everything is fun and games, but life is serious and at some point the games have to stop. At the end of the day bad behavior has to stop being rewarded.

As a Libra I would feel bad after awhile and just want to move forward and drop the suit. It would take some time for me to get to that point but I would eventually drop it.
