NEVER be ashamed of the music that you listen to. You like what you like…and I absolutely fuckin’ hate it when people say to me why you listening to that white music?! I say music is music…and if a lot of people went and did some research, they’d see that a lot of that “white music” as well as the “black music” they listen to, is sampled in a lot of popular songs.
That being said…I really like her song “Style”. To me, it’s her maturing and starting to move past the bubbly songs that she was well known for. It’s edgy.
My brother heard me listening to it on my iPod once and he looked at me and said, who are you and what did you do to my brother? LOL
