i have been having legit nightmares lately.
it could be something i started doing tho.
last night,
i dreamt i was in an interesting car crash…

i was in a car,
sitting in the passenger seat,
with a bunch of dudes that i’ve never seen before.
we were driving up this hill and stopped because we were lost.
the driver decided to go forward thinking we could go off-road.
there was this bush in front of us and when we sped forward,
all i saw was us going off this cliff.

There were tons of houses below as we careened downward.

i yelled out,
“i love you“,
to everyone in the car as i braced myself for impact.
next thing you know,
i was a spirit and i saw people mourning for me outside a building.
they were crying and standing in the rain.
i saw people i haven’t seen in a long time like my first boss.

in the next scene in the dream,
i saw randoms watching the car go over the cliff on social media.
i saw my body eject out of the car in mid-air too.
it felt weird af and i ended up not sleeping for the rest of the night.
i literally woke up at 11:30 this morning smh.
when i went investigating ( x the dream meaning on dream moods ),
i picked out the key things i remembered seeing:

To dream that you or someone falls off a cliff suggests that you are going through a difficult time and are afraid of what is ahead for you. You fear that you may not be up for the challenge or that you cannot meet the expectations of others.

To dream that you are in an unknown neighborhood signifies aspects of your subconscious. The dream may also parallel a waking situation which is new or unfamiliar to you. You are venturing into a brand new territory and it is making you slightly anxious and uneasy.

To dream that you die in your dream symbolizes inner changes, transformation, self-discovery and positive development that is happening within you or your life. You are undergoing a transitional phase and are becoming more enlightened or spiritual. Although such a dream may bring about feelings of fear and anxiety, it is no cause for alarm as it is often considered a positive symbol. Dreams of experiencing your own death usually means that big changes are ahead for you. You are moving on to new beginnings and leaving the past behind. These changes does not necessarily imply a negative turn of events. Metaphorically, dying can be seen as an end or a termination to your old ways and habits. So, dying does not always mean a physical death, but an ending of something. 

To dream that you turn into a ghost implies that you are desperate to escape from a situation.
