imagine people putting you under the microscope for your philandering husband.
everyone thinks you are stupid for not leaving him.
imagine everything thinking you faked your first pregnancy.
they have videos in slow motion of your belly in a sun dress.
imagine having people cheering you on,
but secretly hoping that you will fall off your throne to be replaced by lessers.
you couldn’t handle half the slander beyonce gets.
imagine being abused and everyone saying you provoked your ex into doing it.
imagine watching everyone choose and support you ex,
while everyone is slandering you for just being there.
imagine gaining a little weight and that being the subject of conversation.
you couldn’t handle half the slander rihanna gets.
imagine being a celebrity and you aren’t making hits anymore.
your movies are tanking or your songs don’t chart.
everywhere you turn,
someone is becoming more successful than you.
people you thought were in your corner and suckin’ the life out of the next big thing.
everything you do brings you bad press.
do you cuss everyone out,
hide under the bed,
or strategize your next game plan?
you couldn’t handle half the slander of being the star.
but you’re getting upset because gays are in your comments on ig.
the same gays who are supporting your basic ass.
i never really wanted fame.
because as a blogger,
you’d think i’d be thirsty for it since i wasn’t popular.
fame is a drug that once you take a dose tho,
you’re automatically hooked.
that one pic or video you post suddenly goes viral.
imagine being someone no one paid attention to and suddenly…
well he had a lot to say about kim k!
am i the only one who thought he was sexy in that tape?
so apparently someone released an old interview with ray j.
he was talking about his relations with kim k and the great whitney houston.

like how he used her for fame and wasn’t really feeling her.
take a listen…

we got past all the people who made me fire all their stylists.
now, let me highlight all the good wolves who followed my rules…
You get your first hit when you get a little bit of attention.
Then, you start craving it more and more.
That high you got the first time…
you need that again and again.
So, you start thinking of ways to get more.
You start selling bits and pieces of your soul.
Then you see others just like you.
What they do starts to take over your mind.
Next thing you know, you are addicted and your mind is completely gone.
FAME can be a horrible drug to overdose on.
I def saw myself wanting to be addicted to FAME at one point.
I craved the 25,000 followers and the attention that came with it.
But in this new day and age,
social media being the way of self expression,
and random people doing the most outrageous things to get seen:
EVERYONE WANTS FAME
The high that people receive when everyone knows their name is better than any form of weed or cocaine.
But, what happens when FAME starts to take over your mind?
What happens when you start being controlled by FAME?
What happens when you lose your FAME and have to turn social tricks to get it again?
Why does everyone, who are actually no ones, chase FAME?
I started to wonder…
Why is everyone trying to be the STAR?
