    And good for you Jamari in regards to working out at your place in the meantime! Great place to start!
    Invest in some weights when you can! It helps to bump start things! I will be getting mine shortly! I used to use weights and it made a big difference in my arms, legs, and glutes! Now I need to get my own! Need to tone this body!

    Big thing I hear a lot of people say is to make sure to eat consistently, and don’t let yourself go hungry! I think a lot of it is getting into healthy exercise and eating habits! Good luck! 🙂
