Miguel — the guy behind the smash hit “Adorn” and “#Beautiful” with Mariah Carey — was arrested for driving drunk in L.A. early this morning … TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us … California Highway Patrol officers initially flagged the 27-year-old singer’s 2013 BMW X6 for speeding and tinted windows on an L.A. freeway around 2:15 AM.
During the stop, officers noticed the singer reeked of booze … and performed various field sobriety tests, which he bombed.
Miguel — full name Miguel Jontel Pimentel — also took a breathalyzer and blew a .10 and .11 … which is over the .08 legal limit in CA.
Miguel was then arrested for DUI and hauled to a nearby station where he was booked … and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail.
According to his booking sheet, Miguel is 5’7″ and 140 pounds.

ITA I don’t understand why, if you know you are going to be drinking you dont get a driver. Sorry to hear about your cousin and brother hopefully the drunk drivers went to jail
Don’t give him special treatment–pro or con–but I have little patience with people who drive drunk or “tipsy” or “under the influence” of alcohol or other drugs. Stevie Wonder was almost killed by a drunk driver. My brother was almost killed by a drunk driver. A cousin was killed by a drunk driver. Miguel Jontel Pimentel should be ashamed of himself!
