1. Chris Brown is no Michael Jackson. it seem like Nick Cannon has nothing better to do these days.

2. I hate to admit it but, Nick is on to something. Micheal had his demons and Tupac was actually part ” Poser” Doing Movies , Dating Madonna and a bit out of touch [ his insistence that Biggie and Combs set him up]

   .Both MJ and Pac were just as” Self destructive” ( They died before their time due to their bad decisions and lifestyle . Just like Chris is headed if he doesn’t slow down. Maybe being a father will do that( I hope so)

   I am not a Chris Brown Fan. I admit He is talented( not on MJs Level Yet) but its too early to truly say what his legacy will be.

   Many of you don’t agree but unlike Chris Brown…. Micheal had a better Team and time( Motown the 70’s etc) his family but it didn’t do him any good.

   We only know Chris’s Demons and Issue because we live in a time where Twitter , Instagram , Thots , Blogs, Etc will tell your dirt or make it up .

   I pray for him and my heart breaks for MJ and Pac .

Praying that Nick Cannon’s therapist increase the dosage on his medication, cause in the words of Linethia Leakes-“This Bish is Koo-Koo” Nick please stop playing on Instagram with this foolishness. Chris Brown is talented but Michael Jackson is on another level entirely that sadly Chris Brown will never reach at least not in this lifetime.

6. I made a long rant about this the last time he was compared to MJ, so there’s no need for me to do it again, he’s no legend, he may have SOME of the goods necessary but it won’t happen. These are the years that he’s supposed to start peaking if that was going to happen.
   It is honestly dare I say disrespectful to compare him to people who were actually trying to bring about change with their craft.Being a legend isn’t just about talent, its about being revolutionary. It’s a lot bigger than singing and dancing. That is all.
   If Lauryn Hill was still making music, I’d be looking in her direction (or at least someone LIKE her which is few and far in between) as far as some sort of legendary status, but oh well.

   Zero classics that will be played even two years from now.

   He’s Bobby Brown and even Bobby had his hits despite his bad boy image. Chris hasn’t had a bonafied, crossover hit that rivals anything Michael Jackson has put out.

   Simply put, any comparison is laughable.

10. Chris has the talent and the charisma, the only thing that stands in his way is HIM. I see what nick was trying to do but just like all celebs he worded it wrong. Michael Jackson had that drive that was undeniable and 2 Pac had a way with rapping with a message that was untouchable. when Chris decides to stop surrounding himself around so many yes-men and truly buckle with a positive life that’s when we’ll see him taking form of legend status.

    1. ^@Mikey…he DEFINITELY has the talent. He is his own worst enemy, and like you said…until he rids himself of the yes-men and hangers-on he will never reach that level. He was on his way…but man did he crash and burn.

Now music wise i don’t know. i think it’s more a problem of nowadays music vs old days music than what breezy stand for. Because let’s be honest who stands for something these days? Who gonna listen old school music anyway? Not everybody, ask Janet. But mr brown is way too dumb to be a legend, and it’s sad

13. I agree. He SHOULD be heading for that status but his foolishness gets in the way. Chris does things to himself and gets mad when he’s called on it.
    He was supposed to “grow up” now that he’s a father…but it looks like he still has some growing to do because he’s still out there acting foolish.

14. I think he was trying to convey that CB has talent similar to MJ yet is rough around the edges like Pac. I feel what he’s saying though about honoring people why they’re still here. CB is a tortured soul. He had the potential to be the next MJ or Usher, but he got caught up. Being talented doesn’t mean you give a fuck. MJ and Pac stood for something. CB is not socially adept to care. Just my opinion
