Fonting of Aaron Parnas…

i keep saying and fonting we all died the last day of 2019.
it would explain this hell-scape we have found ourselves in against our will.
so i started following aaron because he reports on the current mess of our reality.
his role in my news cycle is:

Keeping me aware of breaking news happening within this administration.

they used his iconic opening statement,

What do you do when someone you like…
starts sounding like a press release for a company that’s actively fumbling the bag and the culture?

two weeks ago,
i wandered into the times square target just to peep the vibe.
no mission but just fox-like curiosity.
i’m not gonna hold you:

If there’s a boycott happening,
the memo got lost somewhere with some black folks.

black folks were definitely up in there shopping.

someone i’ve genuinely liked and respected for her light and warmth,

it’s no secret that males with money pay for companionship.
they skip to the front of the line and head straight into VIP.
there are some who use their money to be predatory,
but there are others who are genuinely looking to purchase connections.
i’ve heard stories of rich males who pay for more than sex.
they actually drop dollars for intimacy.
they’ll hire an escort to have dinner and talk.
no sex on the menu.
they are lonely,
can’t trust everyone,
and it’s easier to purchase loyalty.

Well,

THEY pick who they’ll drop dollars on.

I don’t know if I was dreaming or what,
but I think I watched a documentary that a Foxholer suggested to me about black dandies.
For the life of me,
I cannot remember the name but it was about African dandies who live in a poor town or something.

anyhoo,
i really enjoyed many of the looks at the met gala this year.
(some of) the fashions gave drama and decadence.
you can tell who did their homework.
the theme this year was about black dandyism and had a 98% black committee.
black dandyism was used as a political statement.
learning pharrell had lisa from BLACKPINK wear rosa parks on her crotch:

it was tone deaf at best; performance art at worst.
