i feel like homophobes have the wrong “idea” of what gay is.
they may think all gays are the same or want to fuck them.
watch how salty they get when you tell say they aren’t your type.
i’m starting to realize homophobia stems from a few things:
- parents/manipulated into caring what others think.
even though i’m gay,
my discomfort stemmed from those experiences.
as you work on yourself,
you start to reupholster every negative thing that got stuck. - some of these homophobes were accused of being gay/sissy/soft while growing up.
they do everything in their power to prove they’re straight.
they need to realize there are a ton of masculine gays out here.
being gay isn’t always about being feminine or ballroom life.
there are some regula degula gays out here you wouldn’t know are. - being molested or raped at a young age by a male.
some get turned out and become serious hoes in the life,
but for others,
gay males could remind them of that trauma.
that needs a whole bunch of therapy they won’t ever go to. - lastly,
they are usually gay themselves.
those are the types who will still claim “straight”,
even after having a whole dick in their mouth.
they’ll be creeping on gay hook up sites,
or escorting with gay males for money,
but will fight you for even implying.
that changes once they meet a “guidance gay”.
one who is gentle,
helps them lower their walls,
and is patient in allowing them accept who they are.
all in all,
it can be a real twisted view of reality.
some of us are real laid back and not about that drama.

These days, getting angry at a hotep homophobe is like expecting more from a Chimpanzee who throws feces when he’s agitated.

I think the funniest thing about straight men assuming gay men want them is that they think since we are gay or bi, that means we like ALL men, which leads some of the most unkempt looking homophobots shouting they ain’t with that gay sh*t.

I think the singer guy’s comment was more sympathetic than shady but it’s enough to make an ignorant person think about what they said while grumbling.
