Retail or working in a restaurant.

one of my first jobs was working in a fast food restaurant.
HATED IT.

it taught me very quickly that i don’t “do” food service.
my next job,
and many jobs after that,
was working retail.
i have done retail in many popular and high end stores.
i know what “working a black friday” means and the ping of terror it gives me.
retail is where i learned…

hot meals.
cable.
gym.
cute wolves.
sign us up?
it feels good to get news when it breaks.
especially when it breaks before everyone else.
