being built (again)
laying on my couch in the dark,
i stare up at the ceiling as the street lights peek through the drapes.
it’s around 2 am and i can’t fall asleep.
my thoughts continuously keep me up at night.
the fears and worries have become my personal freddy kreuger.
the only sound coming from my apartment is the ticking of the clock.
it sounds like a bomb almost.
Tick.
Tick.
Tick.
mentally and emotionally,
thats how i’ve been feeling.
i have been waiting for the big explosion.
it feels like i’ve fallen off from myself and my life…
HOW WOULD WE ACT IF DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME WAS PERMANENT?
whenever the powers that be wants to change something,
my first response is:
“What’s the scheme?”
it seems they are trying to make daylight savings time permanent…

i move different because i grew up a little different (past life situations)
one of my most favorite celebs i’ve ever met was charity from the show,
greenleaf.
deborah joy winans and i talked for close 2 hours.
she is so dope and joy (see what i did there) to speak to.
you would have thought we knew each other for years.
so much so,
we followed each other on my personal social media.
i’m a very warm and friendly person so this is why i took a lot of front desk jobs.
she was one of the many celebs that i met at my last job.
surprisingly,
i’ve met kenya moore and she was really friendly to me.
that was 2 years ago and i never posted about it.
even with a platform like mine,
i’ve kept all my celeb encounters super lowkey.
i move differently but i think it all stems from how i grew up tbh.

cousin hybrid waited until today to send me a few shots of me as a little fox in barbados.
my love for socks started early.
i am happy that he waited until my birthday which is today tbh.
it was more special.
