you know i love a good two rounds.
there is a saying,
“like day and night”.
it means when two things/objects/folks that are are entirely different.
so in my love for wolves who keep the meat stacked right,
a foxholer put me on to king jemes.
i like to think of him as “day”.
he is a certified personal trainer wolf,
who resides in miami,
and also owns “king fitness life”.
that is his personal training business which is pretty successful.
he is focused about his business.

it’s good to see all the snow bunnies ban together for the women’s march.
i’m sure these were the ones who didn’t secretly vote for…
there were also sista vixens there fighting the good fight as well.
i also loved seeing the likes of katy perry and rihanna in the crowds.
i had to wonder if rihanna had security how “in it” she was?

it’s amazing what can happen when folks come together who share a common enemy.
