Damn I came to the foxhole expecting to see J-lo dragged and instead I get Aladdin?
Too literal an interpretation of the Animated genie… something tell me he will be rapping in the movie. Will still go to see it.

All of these live action remakes have looked wack and pathetic. Is Disney bankrupt? I wish they would just stop and get some new ideas for movies instead bastardizing the classics they already made.
Disney has fucked up all my childhood faves from Aladdin, lion king, Winnie the Pooh to dumbo. Smh

Naw. I love Will Smith so much but I don’t like the genie thing. Also, they should really break the tradition of getting these lighter skinned actors to play these parts of the characters, I know Aladdin isn’t that dark but meh… Arabian Nights…tea. Even tho he’s gone. I can only see Robin Williams play the genie. Maybe some one else but Will Smith.
Also, Jafar (if that was him) sounds weak. He needs a little more base in his voice. He doesn’t sound cunning at all.
On a positive note I can say about the trailer is the music sounds pretty nice so far. I’m digging the score. Alladin and Jasmine are cute but….
