this is gonna be a silly entry but maybe a life-changing one,
depending on who picks up what i’m putting down.
so as you know,
or didn’t,
but i’ve been playing breath of the wild on the switch.
it has been keeping my mentalz pretty chill.
i haven’t played it for a few days but i finally got to the boss before the boss.
Van Naboris,
the dreaded camel in the desert level.
everyone,
from foxholers to reviews online,
talked about how difficult the level and boss were.
going into it,
i dreaded it and started doubting myself.
i had the skills and learned how to whoop ass up until that point.
apparently,
this is where all i learned was gonna be tested.
foxhole…
no cap but the boss level was difficult and annoying af.
you literally gotta spin the insides of the camel around to solve puzzles.
“thunder blight ganon“…
the boss that had everyone stressed and upset tho…
I clapped his cheeks and in one round.
he was wild easy.
his disappearing/reappearing act was cute…
…i will admit,
but he ran into my sword each time.
i paid attention to his move set while predicting his moves.
at one point i was stuck but i ended up figuring it out.
it helped i had got the master sword too.
i had gotten lightning resistance shit so he was pretty powerless.
i’m fonting that to font this:
Folks,
and even ourselves,
will gas something up as hard.
We listen and feel discouraged before we even try it.
There are A LOT of things we haven’t tried because of others’ experiences.
That isn’t OUR experience tho.
i’m glad i decided to play this game.
it is showing me how capable i am even when i doubt myself.
lowkey: you know how many wolves/jobs/people i heard about,
but when i got around them,
i was disappointed with how easy they were.
Great analogy!!! ππΎπ―β¨
