It is funny how things happen.
Life sure has a way of putting a prize in-front of your face like a carrot attached to a string.

Sometimes I think God does these things to keep you moving towards your victory….

….or so he can get a few shits and giggles.

So I went to another state and attended a NBA basketball game.
(BTW: the things you see in the wife/girlfriend section puzzles me)
Anyway upon entering the arena, I filled out a raffle to win four free floor home game seats.
I don’t know HOW I would have played that off since I do not live in that state but I figured:

What the hell?

If I won, I am sure I would sell them OR try to attend at least ONE game.

Well I JUST got the call that I won…….. something totally different.

I ended up wining a paid 3 night cruise!

I know, I cheered too.
I did have to pay port charges but round trip airfare, food, and all that other good stuff was free.
Issue with that is I can’t even go get the tickets since MY money is funny now and I can’t go collect.
So I’ll have to chalk this one up as a LOSS and put my tail between my legs.

I am sure I’ll get another cruise… or maybe even floor seats due to the right connections.
This opportunity clearly wasn’t for me.

… but looking at the positive, I did win a cruise!
