i was so excited for moesha to be on netflix cause i never finished it.
i started the first season,
got to the second,
and fell off somehow.
watching it as an adult,
moesha was legit messy and not a good friend at times tbh.
there was an episode about her outing a gay male,
who happened to be hakeem’s cousin (rip to the actor who played hakeem).

another mass shooting; another divide for the country.
i woke today so drained.
i didn’t feel like doing shit but staying in bed.
i’m writing this still in bed atm.
like,
you think we are in the clear and we get humbled very quickly.
so another demon has shot up a school.
this time it happened in a private christian school in nashville.
3 kids and 3 adults perished in the bullets of a maniac.
i watched the footage of this silly bitch entering the school earlier…

well,
this latest news is major…
i’m not gonna be like the other folk in the community with this story.
the ones excited to see a black male in a sticky situation.
you know when black folks get caught up in the drama,
our own people be the first ones with:

…and all that might be true,
