karamo brown said, “i don’t need this, i got two jobs.”

even in this picture,
he looks like the odd color out.
one thing i am very versed in is messy work people.
i’ve had the work folks who smile in your face but snitch when your back is turned.
the ones whose only job is to climb up the ladder and if you can’t help with that:

for me tho,
it was always idiot bosses.
i have a real issue with idiots in leadership who are absolute morons,
especially when it comes to leading me.
sidebar: you know what i hate?
when you interview with your potential boss,
it ain’t even a week into working and they pull the mask off to reveal being born in hell.
UGH!
karamo brown,
talk show host and 4/5 of “queer eye”,
was like:
“i don’t fuck with 4 other bitches and i’m off this press tour starting now.”
only thing is,
he did it right before they had to go on air of “cbs mornings”…
are you due for your crash out?

i have been thinking of the dante the body situation since yesterday.
i’ve come to the conclusion that…
the post that broke me

sometimes,
we can handle the harassment and bullying.
you don’t even need to be a public figure:
Imagine how it is for many people at work being bullied and harassed by bosses?
Feeling weak and hopeless because that is how you make money.
It’s not like you can escape because you need that job to survive,
along with the fact it’s hard to find a job atm.
when people catch you during difficult times in your life,
that is when it can really enhance mental health issues.
depression turns into a black hole with thoughts of final answers.
the following is when i nearly un-alived myself over online bullying…

95 days of shadow work taught me

so as you know,
or didn’t,
but i took a 100 day challenge of shadow work.
every day,
i’d answer 2 questions from various shadow work websites in my journal.
( x this one )
( x this one )
i’m at day 95 and proud of myself that i stuck with it.
what i’ve learned confronting my shadow…
how has your mental health been during the riots and protests?
one of my home vixens,
fancy,
called me in tears this morning.
she is feeling angry,
distressed,
stressed,
depressed,
and confused.
her feelings are valid especially during times like this.
even tho are seeing black folks fighting on the front lines,
for many,
mental health issues have been popping up.
no one is really fonting about it,
but we will…

i don’t want to live; i don’t want to die (jump by kofi siriboe)

i admire those who can live beyond their minds.
the ones who aren’t shackled in the dungeons within it depths.
your mind will really play tricks on you.
it’ll have you feeling like you don’t belong and shouldn’t exist.
sometimes,
it’ll replay past traumas that can cripple you.
i’ve been there and still there.
some days are better than others.
it can be a real struggle to find my worth.
this is one of the reasons i’m so glad mental health is being talked about.
in the black community,
it is often swept underneath the rug.
we’re told most white people are supposed to be weaker mentally,
as they tend to kill themselves due to their own mental illnesses,
but survey says that’s a whole lie as of late.
kofi siriboe,
who is one of the stars in own’s “queen sugar”,
and the epitome of fine af,
released a short film he wrote and produced about mental health.
it’s called “jump” and i wanted to show it to the foxhole…
