what does a mental health episode look like?

let’s rephrase:

what does YOUR idea of a true mental health episode look like?

i can’t font for you,
but for me,
it means removing myself from all things until further notice.
before it was wallowing in self pity and sadness.
these days,
its quietly finding what brings me joy to recharge my batteries.

unlike the others,
i can’t pour from an empty cup.

last week,
dante the body had a mental health episode.
he posted a dramatic AF social media post:

“I’M UNALIVING MYSELF AND IF YOU FIND THIS NOTE,

i won’t even hold you but last week drained me dry.
i was at an empty and the only way i could get a refill was to step away.
has anyone noticed the forests have been non-stop confusion lately?
since __________,
we haven’t had a break or a moment of peace.
if it ain’t been this; it been that.
so last week,
you all know we witnessed a(nother) murder for the forests to see.
i was pretty indifferent to it but what really drained me…

there is no denying that many of the new artists today are missing something.
is it charisma?
talent?
superstardom?
many of these folks just don’t have “it“.
so when they perform at award shows,
we are often left yawning.
the VMAs are a shell of it’s former self now.
why?
there are no:

we don’t have any real superstars anymore besides the current millennial acts.
i saw this performance from “the new britney“,
aka tate mccrae,
at the VMAS and i was like…

half of america is that black man tbh.

any time i think of the current events happening in this country,
i think about house of cards on netflix.
that was one show that depicted when the wrong folks got power,
everything will go to hell in a hand basket quickly.
not only that:

when the wrong folks get power,
how quickly they all turn on each other to survive.

out of all the inmates from arkham asylum,

…is probably the most dangerous inmate of them all.
my ears are sensitive to his talking but when i saw this…

so i see everyone having a meltdown because mariah appeared on kai’s stream.

this is our faults.

like with our current president,

the only time i’ve watched a kai stream…

i’m in the business of people not needing to explain their relationships,
but i’m also in the business of reporting on it for The Foxhole.
