he also was accused of allegedly raping a 12 year old yesterday.
well he is out on bond due to nicki paying his 100,000 bail.
according to sources,
she used ( x two of her homes ) to get him out.
everyone is up in arms about her bailing him out.
so i have a question…
Was it wrong for her to post bail for her brother?
well everyone has room to speak until they’re in that exact situation.
now if it was me,
and i had the means like nicki,
i would probably post his bail.
this is after i heard both sides of the story.
this is a huge allegation.
if i found out he did,
in fact,
rape that cub then…
…he is pretty much on his own.
i will not be in court and he’d be pretty much dead to me.
maybe i’m not as heartless as others.
its clear she loved her brother.
this is what she said on instagram at his wedding:

i guess she chose to stand by him.

Nah, he would have had to stay in there. That is a heinous crime to be accused of. I am not surprised she bailed him out because I have been questioning her as of late anyway.
Awww… The man, that is really sad… You can accuse anybody of doing something! hell people have rotted and died in prison over crimes they didn’t commit… What I’m shocked about is that she had to put up 2 of her homes in order to bail him out…. Is Birdman really not paying them over there?

I’m not surprised that Nicki post bail for her brother, it kinda a no brainer, but ay if it true that her brother is a rapist……. If this was my brother, I will stand by him and tell him he has to pay the consequences. When you love someone, you have to call them out on their bullshit and make them the right thing even though it’s hard and painful

Nicki did the right thing. Shows Hollywood didn’t change her, she takes care of her family always. You give family the benefit of the doubt until you hear evidence.

I think you have it right: bail him out and let the court system do its thing.
Unfortunately, even if he didn’t do it, his life is pretty much over. Why? Because there are some allegations that are so horrific that even an acquittal at trial or a pre-trial dismissal aren’t enough to restore the defendant’s reputation.
I wish all involved peace & justice, whatever that may look like to each person.

He is innocent until proven guilty.If I was accused of a crime I would hope my loved ones would assume I am innocent and support me.I personally know someone who was falsely accused of child sexual abuse and I was sexually abused as a child so I understand both sides.It’s a horrible situation.If it occurred the victim will suffer the rest of their life.If it didn’t happen,his reputation is still damaged.
