there is no cure for depression.
none whatsoever.
you can take as much meds as you want,
it will never truly go away.
you can learn to keep it under control tho.
that’s what i’ve been working on as of late.
i was talking to pose this morning and had an interesting breakthrough.

first of all,
can i tell you how psychic i am?
i said sometime last week:

“‘the joe budden podcast’ should really come to spotify.”

it would be easier for me to listen i only use that streaming service.
boom,
yesterday,
they announced that they’ll be on spotify too.
i’m truly happy for them because they deserve it.

so trying to get the bag is tough.
all of our bags are different.
i’ve been in a little depression due to trying to get my own bag.
like,
i need a gooooooood sponsor right about now.
i’ve been thinking back to how i got to this point.
the firings and countless rejections.
the “i got chu” and not helping beyond that.
it’s been tough,
and Lord knows it ain’t easy,
but it’ll be part of this amazing story that i get to share.

i just got off the phone with my sad home-vixen.
i’m still trying to find a nickname for her.
anyway,
she broke up with a wolf she was dealing with recently.
according to her,
he was being really clingy and proposed after 2 months of dating.
yeah.
so while out today,
she saw so many couples and started to feel sad.

“i look at these couples today,
out here boo’d up,
and it reminds me of what i had.”

um…
so i had to remind her about “best of” reels…
