Ms. Bland, an African-American woman from the Chicago area, was found dead three days after she was arrested by a state trooper during a traffic stop in Waller County, Tex. She was initially pulled over for failing to signal a lane change.
Video from the trooper’s dashboard camera was released on Tuesday, revealing that the trooper had threatened Ms. Bland with a Taser as the encounter escalated, partly because of Ms. Bland’s unwillingness to put out a cigarette.

SMH. Who would poke fun of this situation? People continuously disappoint me more and more each day, but I should expect more from a white person because they fail to understand.
She look lifeless in those fotos. You know what else is strange is that her mugshot is taken with her prison jumpsuit. When booking someone they’re always in their regular clothes first and then wear those orange jumpsuit right after. But you can’t tell me that white people have souls because time over time they have shown they are soulless creatures and less human.

I have been following Sandra’s story because she died 45 minutes from me.I personally believe she committed suicide partly because I am projecting how I would react in that cell by myself.I am claustrophobic and I can’t ride an elevator alone for minutes without getting a panic attack.So if I was in cell alone for approximately 90 hrs ,I would be suicidal.
I am angry she was arrested in the first place.I believe she was stopped for having Illinois plates and arrested for being a Black woman with an “attitude”. I am angry after admitted she had attempted suicide last year she was placed in a cell by herself.The inmate next door to her said there were three inmates in her cell so why not put two inmates in each cell.She talked about how on Saturday Sandra was optimistic because her friend said he would bail her out in an hour but he never showed up.By Sunday she was crying hysterically because his phone was going straight to voice mail.The woman who was strong and defiant in dashcam video was crying so much her fellow inmate could barely understand her two days later.BTW she could have been released for $515.
In the end a 28 year woman is dead because of the(1) ego of the trooper who arrested her.(2)The jail for putting her in a cell alone and not checking on her (3)Possibly her untreated mental illness,she was never treated after her suicide attempt in 2014.

I believe she was alive.The mug shot was taken when she was booked in Friday.
I think she was dead. They almost never take mug shots in the prison uniform and her eyes look lifeless. This really hits home because I went to PV and that could have easily been me or any of my classmates.
All her stuff deserves to get shut down. Like, how much ignorance, hate and bitterness can you have in your heart to make you create such a page. She’s just sorry she got caught. I hope they keep dragging her, and all these other internet clowns.
