You Are Getting Sleepy… (Sleepy)

bedyou know i’ve been serious in achieving a tremendous life change.
my only issue was going back and forth between:

“i don’t care”
“i actually do still care”
“i care what everyone thinks”
“help!”

it was like a see saw.
it wasn’t until i discovered a youtube video by michael sealey that is helping me.
he specializes in sleep hypnosis.
you fall asleep to positive messages that work through your subconscious mind.
it’s like when you listen to music while you sleep and remember all the lyrics.
this is the video i’ve been listening to every night for the last week…

i pop my headphones in my ears,
close my laptop screen halfway,
and lower the volume a smidge.

latest

i usually fall asleep 15 minutes into it.
i’m sure it’s working while i’m sleeping tho.
now i can’t speak for anyone else who tries it,
as you should do it at your own risk,
but i feel a change within me since i started.
i don’t feel so obsessed about past situations anymore.
if i do think about something/someone from the past,
i don’t feel any anxiety towards it.
it’s like i feel disconnected.
it truly feels like “i don’t care”.
i needed to do something because i didn’t like the road i was headed.
i also couldn’t find a therapist to fit my schedule so i wanted to try home results.
they say it takes 6 weeks of listening every night to see results.
once i update my mental hard drive with this message,
i’m open to trying other sleep hypnosis videos.
i wanted to share it with the foxhole as i know most are into better mental health.
wish me luck!

*again this is not a magic pill.
what works for me may not work for you.
as always,
do some research and experiment at your own risk.
