The White House is preparing a draft proclamation for President Donald Trump to declare a national emergency along the southern border and has identified more than $7 billion in potential funds for his signature border wall should he go that route, according to internal documents reviewed by CNN.
Trump has not ruled out using his authority to declare a national emergency and direct the Defense Department to construct a border wall as Congress and the White House fight over a deal to end the government shutdown. But while Trump’s advisers remain divided on the issue, the White House has been moving forward with alternative plans that would bypass Congress.“The massive amount of aliens who unlawfully enter the United States each day is a direct threat to the safety and security of our nation and constitutes a national emergency,” a draft of a presidential proclamation reads.“Now, therefore, I, Donald J. Trump, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C 1601, et seq.), hereby declare that a national emergency exists at the southern border of the United States,” the draft adds.The draft was updated as recently as last week, a US government official told CNN.

I was about to say something mean…along the lines of what I said last year in essay post America is going to turn to shit & a house divided will not stand…and that this country was built in a lie. This country was built on the blood of the rightful owners who were set aside and them constructed off the backs of blacks…so they are getting what they deserve with this shutdown but .
.I keep getting reminded of how this is really affecting other people…mainly children tho. So I’m like…this is a damn shame.
I keep getting/reading reports about folks not getting paid and struggling to pay for their bills and food.. I used to always tell folks.
America is currently the laughing stock of the world. You know what’s really sad…a prisoner now gets paid more than someone who works for the IRS because the prisoner is getting a paycheck and the worker isn’t.
I wonder just how fragile the country will get…folks with no pay having to work.

Based on my experiences with dealing with white people in the workplace, they will put their ego above everything else and Trump is no different. They have no issues cutting their nose to spite their face just so they can protect their fragile ego. This country is falling apart due to this shutdown because Americans need to be protected from the sinister illegal immigrants? Make it make sense! This wall has nothing to do with the safety of the American people but all to do with racist white people being upset that Hispanic immigrants are coming here and living better than them. White people are trying to uphold white supremacy at all costs and it’s going to cause this country to implode.
