People who aren’t kind.

now that isn’t to be confused with being nice.
you know i hate the word “nice”.
if anyone ever calls you “nice”,
especially a male,
i want you to erase their number while you are running in the opposite direction.
people who are nice are rarely ever nice.
people who think you are nice rarely ever treat you nice.
i prefer words like pleasant,
cool,
thoughtful,
friendly,
and kind.
some of these folks out here tho…

i’m starting to realize that…
one of the greatest weapons you can posses is being nice.
yes.
you read right.
i’m actually saying this.
for a long time,
i thought being “the asshole” was better.
nasty,
ignorant,
MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY,
“UH UH NO YOU DIH’NT”.
asshole.
you know those types.
i’ve witnessed people bowing down to those who were mean and nasty.
its hard not to think you have to become that to gain respect.
