they can’t get the “inner city” to get back in the fields

you have to look at the way people word things.
it often gives clues to those whose heads are on swivel.
our current president said on “CNBC’s squawk box” about migrant workers:

“Speaking about how his administration’s crackdown on undocumented immigration is affecting the American agricultural sector, Trump said that “in some cases, we’re sending [migrants] back to their country with a pass back in legally.”

so…
they deported them to bring them back?

wouldn’t they still be criminals?
i’m so confused but go on…

“We can’t let our farmers not have anybody,” Trump added in reference to undocumented farm laborers, primarily of Hispanic origin, who are being targeted for deportation by his Department of Homeland Security. “These [are] people that you can’t replace them very easily — you know, people that live in the inner city are not doing that work. They’re just not doing that work. And they’ve tried — we’ve tried, everybody tried. They don’t do it. These people do it naturally, naturally.

that highlighted part is what really stood out to me,
but it was “inner city” that slapped me dead in the face.
“inner city” means

black folks are protesting against protesting

a few months ago,
i asked karaoke if she was gonna get out there and protest.
it was around the time of the first protest and it was on a saturday:

“I didn’t do anything where I need to beg for forgiveness.
I’m painting my living room.”

i asked another friend,
a black vixen,
about their stance on protesting:

“I got out there and voted for who I needed to vote for.
America showed they didn’t feel the same.
I did my part and they can figure out the rest.”

as for me

black folks don’t deserve stars because we seem to hate them

Do black folks deserve stars?

do we deserve our own to showcase their talent,
representation,
or a seat at the table?

it seems like when black people step into the spotlight,
we’re celebrated until we’re not.
it even happens to black sex workers on onlyfans.
yes,
even the straight ones.

Why does it seem we tolerate our people “until”?

now read me correctly,
this isn’t about the ones we shouldn’t have given fame to in the first place

tyrese says joe biden and kamala harris only protected asians and not black folks

We’re in the middle of a major misinformation crisis right now.

it’s got me thinking:

Do people even bother getting the full story anymore?

i mean,
how can we when one clip and a chorus of ‘me too’s‘ is all it takes to form an opinion?

google should be everyone’s bff,
just like it’s mine.

case in point: tyrese went off on joe biden and kamala harris for signing a hate bill,
but only for the asian community.

keith boykin swooped in to add to the discussion…

most white people will not understand the black struggle because of…(story time)

a few years ago,
and “name annoying ass job here“,
i was frustrated with the current surroundings.
the job was stressful and i was at my wits end.
a white vixen that i was cool with would always come to my desk to chat.
she was trying to start a fan page over her primal lust for sebastian stan.

i wonder if she smashed him yet.
she was obsessed.
at this point,
i never told her about the foxhole but i mentioned i had a website.
she was unsure about how to get sponsors for her endeavors.
i started to vent about how nervous i was to pursue them for mine.
she said something that made me realize how differently we saw things

black folks need to stop trying to be included in white shit (heavy on the pick me energy)

friends.
a white ass show,
with white ass people,
doing white ass shit.
a show i actually enjoyed tbh because it was funny to me.
the word “friends” always triggers black folks and i don’t know why.
black twitter was filled with venom towards the friends reunion on hbo max.

“They was never any black friends!”
“They copied Living Single with the concept!”
“I never watched an episode and I know I’ll hate it.”

what?
what?
and what?
a foxholer sent me this picture and the main conversation was…
