The return of another segment?
It is Wednesday so you know what that means…
Well, we have a returning champ this Edition.
He provided us with this entry back in June —> here <—.
Well, he is back and his tail is better than ever.
Working on his Wolf tail, as well as getting himself in shape.
He took your reviews pretty serious so be proud of yourself for helping in his inspiration.
Here are the results…
Well that is a vast improvement, don’t you think?
This Wolf lost 30 lbs in the process of gaining his tail.
He did his thing in the gym,
watched his diet which included high lean protein, low carbs, lot of steamed green,
and started doing more squats and leg presses.
GOOD JOB!
Always nice to see a Wolf with some tailage going on.

Hummm Sam great job I see dat phat azz of your is aerodynamically sound necessary for maximum trusts, and for shock absorption of a big thick n phat black dick. Nice hair to azz ratio to gently massage a top’s dick while providing the appropriate amount of friction; to prevent slippage and to keep the azz cheek’s temperature at a moderate and comfortable level for the top’s pleasure. Put a PVC board under your heels when you are squatting. If you don’t have a PVC board, then use some weights, preferably 5lbs or 10lbs. The little edge gives your cakes that “oompf.” And squat ALL THE WAY DOWN. Those half squats won’t work.
So squat on an incline? And all the way down to where? When i do it i place the bench between my legs and essentially sit down and stand back up with the bar on my shoulders.
1. Place the weights under your heels.
2. Lift the bar and slowly squat down and bring your ass as close to the floor as you can.
3. Stand back up and repeat.
I never use a bench when I squat. But I do use a smith machine. I’m hoping to graduate to a real squat rack in the next few months.
Big improvement. I applaud you effort because working out and sticking to a diet is tough.
Thanx dude. I worked hard on these cakes. Even learned a little gym trick to make the glutes pop. And yes, it’s hard to shed lbs and keep the cakes high and tight. LOL
