What does it feel like to have both love and lust in perfect harmony?

i ask because this video of august alsina and zu has been living rent-free in my head.

not because i want august but because that energy,
that intimacy,
that undeniable connection is what i crave.
imagine being so drawn to your partner that you’re counting down the minutes until you hit the crib?

work and industry relationships doesn’t equal loyalty.
when co-workers turn on you,
the paper cut from your walking papers can sting.

a wolf once inked his so-called friendships onto his skin,
watched those same folks ghost him after he was skull dragged.
he came out with a recent freestyle questioning their loyalty…

I don’t know how I would even feel…

if i walked into my home and saw or someone had to break the news to me…

That the partner that I prayed for…

…was dead because he decided to delete himself.
i’m a very strong and resilient person but i can’t even imagine how that would fuck me up.
i would be left with so many thoughts and questions…
