the Foxhole is known for fonting about sexy males,
sex,
and piping hot tea on occasion.
we have a good time in this neck of the woods.

My bread and butter has always been sharing my struggles and trauma.

that is usually what i get messages about.
i’ve gotten messages from Foxholers in countries where they can’t be themselves.
those folks have lived vicariously and found their healing through my words.
so it’s not a shocker when i strip naked with you.

Last night in therapy,
we had to do an exercise about forgiveness.
It is on the road map to healing.

i wrote my limiting beliefs that i wanted to share.
it’s something i was gonna keep private but i wanted The Foxhole to see it.
it could help someone else…

so i saw this on the neighborhood talk just now.
it was directed to vixens but you know ima turn it towards us.
so for me:

Physically:
A really handsome face
Butts
Biceps
The presentation in the way the clothes fit

i always find different things attractive on different wolves.
im gonna try something different today.
instead of looking at the horrible qualities of some of the past wolves i dealt with,
i want to try and highlight what made me attracted to them instantly.
i’ll throw in the physical too…

you know what?
i’m gonna vent.
my therapist wants me to be more honest with my feelings so here we go…

sometimes,
we are attracted to someone now because they remind us of someone before.
let’s font about it…

i did something stupid and i had no choice but to take a heavy L.
the other night,
cousin hybrid asked me for my paypal so his mother could send me money.
it was around 350.
half sleep,
i wrote my email to him.
days go by and i see no money.
so i hit him up and asked what happened.

one of my addictions is coffee.
iced coffee,
in particular.
i fuckin’ love iced coffee.
i prefer iced coffee from dunkin rather than starbucks.
i’m not a fan of starbucks.
yesterday,
i ordered a large iced coffee and when i drank half of it…
